1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Farisly, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use Farisly only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and are permitted to operate the Fiverr, Upwork, or other account with which you use it. If you use Farisly for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Mandatory rights provided by the law where you live continue to apply and are not excluded by these Terms.
2. What Farisly provides
Farisly is an AI-assisted communication tool. Its features may include conversation capture initiated by the user, reply drafting, grammar and tone editing, translation, summarization, clarification questions, offer preparation, pricing guidance, client-intent analysis, risk checks, quick responses, and workspace settings.
Farisly prepares content for your review. It does not automatically send marketplace messages, accept contracts, submit offers, make payments, or act as your agent. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details and devices secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account or extension session has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You may not share an account in a way that bypasses access controls or usage limits. Farisly may require email verification, security challenges, or renewed sign-in to protect the service. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect security, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
4. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of the text, settings, business information, quick responses, instructions, and other material you provide to Farisly (“Your Content”). You grant Farisly a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, and format Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to provide Your Content, including any client or marketplace conversation text. Do not submit content that you are not permitted to process or that includes unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Farisly’s software, interface, branding, documentation, and original materials remain owned by Farisly or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you the right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from protected Farisly materials except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
5. AI-generated output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, repetitive, or inappropriate for your situation. It may invent details or fail to identify a risk. You must review every result before using it and verify prices, scope, deadlines, deliverables, legal obligations, and marketplace requirements independently.
Farisly is not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, employment adviser, or marketplace representative. Outputs labeled as pricing guidance, risk checks, summaries, or client intent are productivity assistance and are not professional advice or guarantees.
Because AI systems can produce similar text for different users, output may not be unique. You are responsible for ensuring that your final message is accurate, lawful, respectful, and suitable for the client relationship.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Farisly to:
- violate law, another person’s rights, or marketplace rules;
- send spam, deceptive offers, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, or fraudulent claims;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent identity, qualifications, work, pricing, deliverables, or authority;
- upload malware, probe security controls, extract credentials, overload the service, or bypass rate limits and access restrictions;
- scrape unrelated pages, monitor users without permission, or use conversation data for advertising, surveillance, or credit decisions;
- use the service to facilitate off-platform payment or contact in violation of the marketplace rules that apply to you;
- use output in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or terminate access where reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, we may preserve information needed to address fraud, security incidents, or legal obligations.
7. Fiverr, Upwork, and third-party services
Farisly is independent from Fiverr and Upwork. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Farisly cannot control marketplace availability, interface changes, account decisions, policies, fees, disputes, or client conduct.
Your use of a marketplace and any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms. You are responsible for keeping your work, communication, payments, and conduct compliant with those rules. Farisly is not responsible for suspension, loss, or claims caused by your marketplace activity or by a third-party service outside our control.
8. Plans, usage limits, and payments
Farisly may offer free, beta, limited, or paid access. Public-beta access may be subject to daily, account, concurrency, and provider limits and may be changed or withdrawn. Payments are not currently enabled unless a checkout page clearly presents a price and asks for your confirmation.
If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, included usage, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Taxes, refunds, and statutory cancellation rights will be handled as required by applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.
9. Availability, changes, and termination
We work to keep Farisly available, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, security work, provider outages, marketplace changes, or events outside our control. Features may change as the product develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser, marketplace page, language, or workflow.
You may stop using Farisly at any time and may request account deletion through support@farisly.com. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment of an applicable fee, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Farisly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or guaranteed business results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farisly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, reputation, marketplace access, business opportunities, or client relationships arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Farisly during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to be responsible for claims resulting from your unlawful use of Farisly, Your Content, or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms as Farisly changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may be accompanied by additional notice. Continuing to use Farisly after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
